Get priority access to our team with expedited turnaround on eligible requests (typically within 24 hours).

Rush applies to simple and standard tasks and is fulfilled based on active project limits and fair use.

Unlimited rush requests are subject to fair use, active project limits, and request scope. Only eligible tasks qualify for expedited turnaround.

Rush does NOT override: Active project limits, complexity rules, or queue structure.

Market Benchmark

Many agencies charge $100–$200 per rush request.

If a client submitted (4) rush requests at $150 each = $600, our monthly “Unlimited Rush Add-On” quickly becomes a strong operational value.

Assets Eligible for Rush

👉 Simple standard tasks only

  • Social graphics
  • Email designs
  • Simple landing page edits
  • Ad creatives
  • Light revisions

Not Eligible for Rush

👉 These still follow standard timelines

  • Video production (unless pre-scoped + small edits)
  • Complex automation builds
  • Full landing page builds from scratch
  • Multi-asset campaigns
  • Strategy-heavy work

Example:

Saga client (4 active projects at a time per plan): You can mark all (4) as rush. They get prioritized with faster turnaround, but you cannot push (10) projects into rush simultaneously. Additional volume would require a Project Add-On or temporary plan upgrade to properly support the workload.
